❌ Restrictions :
- Cancellation of all long-distance stops in Solingen Hbf and Wuppertal Hbf
- From 16 May, there will still be two-hourly direct connections to/from Berlin for Hagen
- Travel time extensions of 20-40 minutes between Cologne and Berlin
