👷 Reason for the construction work: switch renewals

🚧 S tops that will be canceled: Wabern, Treysa, Marburg (Lahn) and Giessen

🚉 S tops with reduced train services: Wiesloch-Walldorf, Darmstadt, Bensheim, Weinheim and Heidelberg

❌ Restrictions :

  • ICE trains will still run hourly on the Hanover - Frankfurt - Stuttgart/Basel route. The other trains will be canceled on the entire route or between Hanover and Stuttgart.
  • On the Berlin - Frankfurt - Southern Germany axis via Göttingen, ICE trains will still run every two hours instead of every hour, and there will continue to be connections at the same speed every hour via Erfurt.
  • There are no direct connections on the Frankfurt - Heidelberg route
