❌ Restrictions:
Phase 1: Trains are canceled between Wittlich Hbf and Bullay(DB).
Phase 2: Trains are canceled between Kobern-Gondorf and Koblenz Hbf.
Phase 3: Individual trains are canceled between Kobern-Gondorf and Koblenz Hbf.
