• The S-Bahn trains on the S1 line towards Herrenberg do not stop in Obertürkheim, Untertürkheim and Neckarpark.
• The S-Bahn trains on the S1 line towards Kirchheim(T) will not stop at Neckarpark and Obertürkheim.
• Trains on the S1 line only run every 30 minutes and are supplemented by additional trips every 15 minutes between Stuttgart-Vaihingen and Herrenberg from Monday to Saturday during the day.
• Between Bad Cannstatt and Esslingen(N), buses on line S1E will run as a replacement via Neckarpark, Untertürkheim, Obertürkheim and Mettingen.

Please note:

• From 1.30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 24 until 1.30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, there will be train cancellations and replacement bus services on line S2 between Bad Cannstatt and Waiblingen and on line S3 between Bad Cannstatt and Fellbach due to the work for the Stuttgart Digital Node. • From February 28 to March 25, 2026, the RB11 "Schusterbahn" between Stuttgart-Untertürkheim and Kornwestheim Pbf will be canceled. Please note the separate construction site reports on our operating situation page.
• On the nights of 2/3 March, 3-4 March and 4/5 March 2026, in each case from 10 p.m. to 4.30 a.m., there will be further restrictions on lines S1-S6 and a replacement service with buses. Please note the separate construction site reports on our operating situation page.
• From Saturday, March 7, 1.30 a.m. to Wednesday, March 11, 1.30 a.m., the S-Bahn trains on line S2 between Filderstadt and Bad Cannstatt will be canceled. As a replacement, the S-Bahn trains on the S24 construction site line will run between Filderstadt and Marbach(N) via Stuttgart Hbf (low). The replacement service with buses on line S2E Waiblingen-Bad Cannstatt will be extended to and from Stuttgart Hbf, Arnulf-Klett-Platz. • From Sunday, March 8, 4 p.m. to Monday, March 9, 4 a.m., the S1 suburban trains between Stuttgart-Obertürkheim and Bad Cannstatt will be canceled. As a replacement, please use the replacement bus service (line S1E) between Esslingen(N) and Bad Cannstatt. At the same time, there will also be extensive restrictions on regional services (lines RE5, RE6, MEX12, MEX16 and MEX18) as well as a replacement bus service every 5 minutes between Plochingen and Stuttgart, Pariser Platz.
• On the nights of 21/22 March and 22/23 March 2026, in each case from 7 p.m. to 4 a.m., the S-Bahn trains on line S1 between Esslingen(N) and Stuttgart-Vaihingen will be canceled. The replacement bus service (line S1E) between Esslingen(N) and Bad Cannstatt will be extended to and from Stuttgart Hbf, Arnulf-Klett-Platz.
